Please note that due to the Black Friday sales and upcoming holiday seasons, your order may arrive later than expected so. 

• The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically at checkout.
• Shipping time will vary depending on location.
• Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• Please note: International shipments (outside of the UK) may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duties, customs fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping (rest of the world) is currently available in multiple countries. This will be calculated at checkout. If your shipping country is not listed on our system, please contact info@sayuritea.com and we will try to accommodate to your request. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sayuri Tea purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately at info@sayuritea.com, within 30 days of purchase so that we can correct the problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. However, refunds or exchanges may be issued based on the circumstances of the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
