COLD BREW GREEN TEA

Making cold brew tea requires more time, but the result is sweeter and smoother.
1.

Place the leaves in a jug or water bottle. Use 10g of tea leaves.
2.

Pour in the water. Add one-litre of soft, filtered or bottled spring water.
3.

Steep the tea. Keep in the fridge for at least two hours to extract the full flavour.

ICE BREW GREEN TEA

Ice brewing or kōridashi is a unique Japanese method of brewing tea by letting the ice melt on top of high-quality loose lead tea. Patience is required, but the wait is worth it.
1.

Place 10g of tea leaves on a brewing vessel.
2.

Add filtered ice cubes on top and let it melt.
3.

Wait for 1-2 hours (this is the perfect summer drink as the heat helps the ice melt quicker!) and enjoy.
