MISSION DRIVEN

WABI SABI

Everyday is precious, and I wanted to build a meaningful lifestyle brand that can really be part of our daily lives. The result is SAYURI, a mission-driven brand honouring Japanese traditions and promoting the health benefits of a daily tea ritual. SAYURI makes a collection of authentic, traceable, delicious organic green teas and matchas accessible to a modern, global audience, while supporting the artisans of Japan who struggle to compete in this digital era. As a tea lover and certified sommelier, I approached everything from the perspective of building something for myself and friends, focusing on quality, purity and positive impact over the long term. Self-care cannot be ignored in our fast-paced lives. Let’s slow down and enjoy a good cup of tea.
