Kiwami Matcha
KIWAMI - meaning "the pinnacle" in Japanese - is an exceptional ceremonial-grade matcha crafted from the finest first-flush leaves of the 2025 harvest, picked at their peak tenderness in early spring.
Carefully shaded for 21 days before harvest, the leaves develop elevated levels of chlorophyll and L-theanine, resulting in a vibrant green colour, concentrated nutrients, and a deep, layered flavour.
This limited batch is named to represent the height of quality and craftsmanship - a pure expression of SAYURI's pursuit of excellence. A blend of select cultivars, KIWAMI is crafted with precision and best enjoyed as straight matcha, whisked simply with hot water for a clean, refined cup. It also lends itself beautifully to lattes, where its richness and clarity shine through.
