Fancy Matcha Old Fashioned? Our take on this classic is anything but dated.
INGREDIENTS:

½ teaspoon (1g) of SAYURI Matcha

2 shots of Bourbon of choice

Angostura Bitters
-
1 teaspoon/cube of Brown Sugar

Orange Twist
-
Ice
RECIPE:

Mix SAYURI matcha and the bourbon well in a cocktail shaker. *Sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps.

In a glass, put the sugar with angostura bitters.

Dissolve the sugar.

Add ice.

Add the bourbon and matcha mix, stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Decorate with orange peel.
